Art Meditation Sessions

People come to the studio to paint and relax after a busy day. As we let the left part of the brain relax, the process becomes very refreshing and fun, there are no deadlines, no pressure, no judgement - we all want to paint in a free-flow style. Magic happens when you are in the comfort zone. Surprisingly (or not) we release what's inside onto the canvas via paint - we experience Art That Heals™ - we paint our inner self.
